Recently, there has been extensive media coverage regarding the situation at the Polish Ukrainian border, including the strike by Polish carriers. These developments are directly impacting the delivery timelines of our postal shipments to Ukraine.
At present, trucks transporting air cargo are being prioritized at border crossings. The current delay for air cargo is approximately 2–3 days.

For sea containers, the situation is more challenging, with delays of up to 5 days at the border.
Our logistics partners are actively exploring alternative routes through neighboring countries to facilitate the movement of sea containers. However, as many operators across the market are simultaneously adjusting their logistics strategies, significant congestion has developed. In some cases, queues at border crossings in neighboring countries have reached up to 30 kilometers (approximately 20 miles).
Given these circumstances, we kindly ask you to anticipate potential delays in delivery times.
