Russia
From April 1, 2024, individuals will be allowed to send parcels valued up to $200 per recipient to Russia without incurring taxes, provided the parcels are for personal use. There will be no restriction on the number of parcels that can be sent per recipient each month for personal needs.
When shipping parcels to Russia, it is important to consider the maximum allowable weights for different delivery services:
- EMS Service: For delivery directly to the recipient’s address, the maximum permitted weight of each parcel is 66 pounds (30 kg).
- Priority Service: For delivery to a post office, each parcel may weigh up to 44 pounds (20 kg).
- For the EMS service box: No single dimension of the package may exceed 150 cm (59 inches). Additionally, the total of the length and the largest perimeter measured around the cross-section must not be more than 300 cm (118 inches).
- For the Priority service box: No single dimension of the package may exceed 105 cm (41 inches). Additionally, the total of the length and the largest perimeter measured around the cross-section must not be more than 300 cm (118 inches).
Each parcel is automatically insured by our company for $60.00. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased at a rate of 5% of the value insured.

- Items and articles prohibited for import into the territory of the Russian Federation, according to the LETTER of the Federal Customs Service dated July 16, 2008 No. 01-11/28567
