The maximum total value of duty-free goods allowed per recipient is $200. Customs inspections are conducted in Yerevan. It is mandatory for the sender to provide both the phone number and passport details of the recipient. Additionally, the sender’s own phone number must also be indicated on the shipment.

Parcels weighing up to 66 lbs. (30 kg) can be sent without incurring additional import duties. If the weight exceeds this limit, extra charges may apply.

Each parcel must comply with size restrictions to be accepted for shipment. No single box should exceed 150 cm (59 inches) in any one dimension. Furthermore, the combined measurement of the length and the maximum perimeter of the cross-section must not exceed 300 cm (118 inches).

Every parcel is automatically insured by the company for $60.00. If additional insurance coverage is desired, it can be purchased at a rate of 5% of the value insured.
